Linda said the representatives from this business did not fix the problem with her vehicle initially. She has had to pay for towing twice. They replaced the battery but did not mount it properly. The representatives explained to her that there was no mounting bracket there. She said she felt they should have brought this to her attention since it was unsafe. The battery could have fallen out and hurt someone. She said she felt very unhappy with this because she still has to bring her vehicle into this facility and she does not think her problem will be fixed. She had to pay to get her vehicle towed again. She would never recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned. She chose them because their website was impressive. When she went to them, they did not seem to be very busy. The staff seem to be smart and courteous. She said she felt they were running a con. Their towing service is quick but the towing vehicle had a hydraulic leak and left a big puddle of hydraulic fluid on her street.

Linda: I do apologize for your less than satisfactory visit with us. However, your car was towed in due to simpley a bad or dead battery. We merly replaced it and checked the balance of the system for a relatively minimal fee of 29.00 + the part and of course the tow. In addition, the battery hold-down bracket was missing because whomever replaced the battery prior to us, probably years earlier installed the wrong size battery and never re-installed the original hold down bracket, regardless the battery would have never just "fallen out".  Days later you called and ocoordinated your own after-hours tow of which we had NO knowledge of. I also apologize for whatever tow truck leaked oil on your driveway. Once we did look at your car early the next morning our diagnosis was a Vehicle Antitheft Problem/key recognition fault, the battery was found to be fine. We cleared the faults, performed the key recognition re-learn procedure  your key, recomended the appropriate repair which you declined. We did all this at NO charge to you other than pass on to you the tow truck you yourself ordered and a 13.00 battery hold down that we had previously orderd.
