Karen said the repair representative at this business kept her well informed and they let her know what was going on. She needed an inspection and an oil change done to her vehicle. Glenn said they did a very thorough job. It was well done. He was somewhat satisfied. There was a minor issue that was not replaced for the wiring harness. The vehicle was a day and a half late. The part was late or there was a scheduling issue. They were to be done on Monday. The vehicle was not ready until Wednesday afternoon.
