Spoke with Theadora. She said this business did an excellent job and she was very happy with the staff. They were all extremely helpful, nice and polite. They took 3 weeks longer than she expected due to the insurance company. She may have to take the vehicle back due to a problem with the brakes.

Shonda said this business replaced her bumper and now her front lights are not working. Some of the lights are not screwed in right. Her vehicle was kept 2 weeks past the promised time. The delay was caused by a parts delay. The staff at this business was very polite and it was not their fault for the delayed parts.

Alice said the employees at the business were nice and cordial but they did not have good communication with her. She had to do most of the calling for the updates on her vehicle. Her vehicle was delayed by a week because of several delays. The timing to receive her vehicle was slow.

Aidan said Erod was very difficult to deal with. He failed to answer his questions. The answers he did receive were contradictory. He had to come by for two inspections and was given two separate delivery dates. Erod also gave him to different repair pictures that were from separate distances. They did not balance his vehicle and tried to tell him he hit something in front of his vehicle after the repair. The manager called him back promptly. Erod was unprofessional, and his tone was quite rude. They did not provided electronic updates like Service King. They failed to call during the repair process, so he had to call them. The vehicle was delayed from Friday until Monday. The insurance company and the business failed to communicate in advance on who would cover the deductible. He would recommend Service King because this business is inadequate.

John said he had to pay for his vehicle because the insurance company wouldn't pay for it. He is waiting for the insurance company to reimburse him. They only called him when they were finished with his vehicle.
