Ryan said after the work was done, he found a few things that needed more work and he returned to the business the next day. On the days he was expecting a call from them, he would end up calling them in the evening. He would have preferred if they had kept him updated. His vehicle was late going into paint work, which caused a one day delay. It was a week long repair but that was not a problem.

Robert said he expects quality from this facility and that is what he gets. They have always done an excellent job and he would recommend them to others. They kept his vehicle a little longer because they were not satisfied with something. For him, this is a plus because they could've given it back to him and he would've never known.

Kenneth said everything was done right. Emad is the person he dealt with and he was awesome and really likes him. This is his second time going and both times have been fantastic. Emad is the reason that he goes there.

Timothy said everything was perfect except for one thing. He owns a brand new 2017 vehicle and this business should have washed and cleaned it as well. They left the tag taped to the inside window and it should have been removed.

Spoke with Merlitt. She said the problem is still not solved. She still has a maintenance light that turns on. She has not had the chance to take her vehicle back in but she plans on it. She already had to take her vehicle in 2 or 3 times to have them fix the initial problem.
