Spoke with Rocio's daughter. She said starting with the first visit, everything was pretty good. Her father did not speak their language. So they found someone to help him out.

Shaundollyn said she was involved in an accident traveling from Dallas to Houston. This business was able to do some minor repairs above and beyond what was needed of them, allowing her to make her appointment on time in Houston and returning home to Dallas. They were very helpful and she would like to thank them.

Charlotte said when she got her vehicle back, her left light was no longer working. They repaired one side but messed the other one up. They thought they had the part they needed in but they had to order it so it was delayed 4 or 5 days.

Spoke with Hal. He said it was ready when promised but it took longer than he had expected. The cost was over half the price of the estimate. Instead of $1,500 the cost was $2,800. Even so, they were cordial and they called him with updates.
