Charlotte said when she got her vehicle back, her left light was no longer working. They repaired one side but messed the other one up. They thought they had the part they needed in but they had to order it so it was delayed 4 or 5 days.

Spoke with Hal. He said it was ready when promised but it took longer than he had expected. The cost was over half the price of the estimate. Instead of $1,500 the cost was $2,800. Even so, they were cordial and they called him with updates.

Jodie said the work they did and the cleaning wasn't good. The rear door is not flush with the body. A buffing compound was found in her fuel door and the seams on the body of her vehicle. The molding to her front door wasn't replaced correctly. Their customer service was good. Her vehicle was about 4 or 5 days later than promised because they were waiting on parts.

Silas said they were very professional and they did exactly as told. The adjuster he worked with did well and he had a good experience. Emad, the adjuster, is a representative and he did his job with the insurance company correctly. On the insurance company end, the only negative was that he would've dealt with the business as to where he got his vehicle at. He has a Ford product.
