Total rip off
This has been a financial nightmare.

I took my beloved G37 in to Cory for an inspection to see what the ole boy was in need of. The car is NOT my daily driver and is great overall condition. I was a little reluctant to do all the work that Cory initially advised, but thought what the heck it’s my toy and I want to keep it running tip top.
Now I see many reviews on here that are “ very positive “. I only wish that was my experience. Once I got my car back the brakes were making extremely loud squealing noise , so much so the neighbors were looking shocked and my wife didn’t want to drive it.
I figure no worries I just call in and arrange for Cory “ the owner “ to check it out . Surely that won’t be an issue or so I thought. Cory’s disposition was dismissive and I pick it up the moment I got to the shop. He gave me some nonsense response that the material on the pads had to burn off and took the car to the back.
Once he returned he mentioned that the back brakes needed to be done and he could do it for another $500. My first thought was , ok it’s been a few weeks after you had the car and now it needs back brakes ??? I declined to have them done and was anxious to see what adjustment he had made to the front brakes to alleviate the noise.
No sooner then I get two traffic lights away what do I hear ? You guess it !! , the same hallowing screeching, horrible sound as before . Now at this point all I can reflect on is how great these break pads Cory bragged about. “ I use only Akebono pads”.. But as you look at the picture below notice the FACTORY pads tan in color I had go pay for them again from the DEALERSHIP. They are smooth and not pitted like the ones Cory put on my G37.
The final straw was when I saw oil stains on the grounds “which I never had prior to , the car has less then 79,000 original miles. This was the aha moment that I had to get the car to a Dealership and quickly . What was discover was very disheartening . The car was leaking oils due to the gasket being bunched up and not properly installed flush . I was told a lot of internal damage would had been done if I had driven the car much further . I was beyond pissed at this point .See the pictures of the oil that has sprayed out below.
The final and must telling blow came in the form of the verdict on my back brake , remember them? Let me save you the trouble of strolling back up. “THE DEALERSHIP STATED I HAD 80% PADS LEFT !! THE FREAKING DEALERSHIP!
This was a total rip off job and I was literally cheated out of at least a grand .

Cory bragged that all the service writers at the dealership across town knew him and he is right , it’s just not for the reasons he thinks. Word is spreading ……
