First I would like to apologize if our service was not satisfactory. We are not open on Sunday, so we only had your vehicle in our posession from Mon-Wed. I did call you to let you know that it was an electrical issue involving the starting system and that we would have to find the short in the system. It was my understanding that you wanted the vehicle fixed because you had one of our mechanics look at your vehicle prior to it coming to the shop. The fuse panel cover may not have been properly re-attached, which should have been intact when you left. We would never allow a vehicle to leave in a dangerous condition. I will also follow this response up with a phone call.
