I brought my car in to Harris Auto because it wouldn't start after trying to jump the battery and start the car by pressing the pedals. Harris Auto got the car to start and diagnosed the problem as a flooded engine, but also worked to find a cause for the flooded engine. When they couldn't find anything other than the flooded engine, they returned the car to me in great working condition and charged me only a fraction of what other places would have charged to diagnose a similar problem. It was clear to me that they were working with me to get my car started again and diagnose the problem at a very fair price, instead of price gauging me and trying to find other "problems" like some other places do.
