Straightforward, professional interaction
The gentleman I spoke with both in person and over the phone (can't remember his name) was knowledgeable and straightforward, which I appreciate. They diagnosed and fixed my clutch problem with no issue. I will probably have my car serviced here again next time.

Great service people
When I went in for a sync update and there was a problem with the computer update the service staff I work with, Mike Erickson, was very helpful in getting me a car to use and getting me off to work.
