parts & service-good. sales-far far too pushy
I came to get my car serviced. Looked at one car. approached by one salesman/w/in fifteen minutes the salesman had me signing on the x mark of . HIS page. I continued to say I was just gathering information...he refused to listen. He even went to seattle to GET the color of car I was interested in. I NEVER said I wanted that. I finally found a salesman who would hear what I was saying, got his card and left. I have purchased four fords in my lifetime at Harris, as have all of my family members. My father worked for ford for 35 yrs. I know the business well. This treatment was unacceptable. When they found out I was serious about just looking they "turned and walked away". Very rude of them. Clearly I was Just a customer that was not going to buy that day....no more courtesy, just walked away. It is clearly possible I will not return to Harris. I may go to another dealership, but now might not as well. I regret my relationship with Harris had to be this way. It is horrible to know that Ford salesmen have lost the ability to be as good to lookers, as buyers.

Very friendly, not a lot of pressure
Adam Troxel with the internet department is a great car salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. One of my better car buying experiences.

Repaired my care quickly.
The on line reservation system did not relay my appointment to the service folks (for the second time), but thery accomodated me, and quickly fixed my car while I waited.
