I am always impressed with the service I receive at Harris Ford. This last visit for an oil change was painless and speedy!

Maintenance portion apparently OK. I do have a noise that occurs in the left front wheel which I go over a bump. Am taking my car in today to have that checked out because they did rotate the tires. I complained, again, about the transmission (clutch) not working smoothly, and they told me everything looked fine on the computer. Well, it doesn't shift smoothly when cold, and even when warmed up, it I'm in slow traffic with lots of stops & starts, it lurches. It does the same thing when I put it in reverse. That certainly NEVER happened with my other 2 Ford Focus vehicles!! I also asked that they check the SYNC on my car because I can't access my phone when it rings. They said that it was working fine, but now the SYNC doesn't work at all! I am SO frustrated with this dealership's service department! Do they just blow me off because I'm an old lady?! If I didn't owe so much on this car, I'd get rid of it in a heartbeat. This purchase has really changed my view on Ford products!

Mike has been great to deal with. He is always in communication with me on updates for my car when it's there and works hard to make sure problems with the car get fixed timely and correct. I really appreciate his hard work and service on all my visits there....thanks Mike!!
