Open til 5; work til 5!!!
I showed up at 4:42, and the Smog Technician was EXTREMELY rude!! As I pulled my car in he said, "What? This one is going to take forever" - I apologized for coming late, and he said, "I have to be out of here right at 5!" After the smog was complete I walked up and he is yelling, "There are a ton of things that didn't pass" and when I asked, "Did it pass?" He shouted at me NO IT DIDN"T PASS and proceeded to walk past me saying, "He'll (shrugging his head to the other employee) explain it to you; I gotta get out of here!" --- On the other hand, Matt was extremely polite and helpful. The other man seriously needs a lesson in customer service!!! I will not ever be back.
