make sure to do a walk around your car after completion of work. they really don't seem to be bothered if they leave nicks behind. As I was told (you have to crack some eggs to make an omelet!)

I understand that you’re frustrated that a Hyundai engineer deemed your vehicle to have a normal condition as did we. You and I spoke of damage once on the phone 3 months after this alleged incident. You've contacted Hyundai, the BBB....everyone but the Dept. Manager, and now a bad survey and internet posting. It's clear where you are going with this, you have a choice of where to bring your vehicle, and I think it's time to exercise this choice.
