Mr. Witschard

I find it hard to believe that you would participate in any type of survey as you have visited our dealership 3 times in the 11 years of the vehicle ownership, and all trips related to “your mechanic’s” inability to repair your vehicle. In fact he caused part of the vehicles current condition. You needed to be asked 3 times not to go in the shop before you complied, and the best of all is you wanted us to warranty a part that you purchased over the internet. ?????
