Friendly, work is good so far.
I had an appointment for July 3, I received a call with diagnosis on 3rd, work didn't start until 11th. I was pushed back due to other (more important?) customers. I figured appointment would give me some priority.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and thank you for your business. We apologize for the delay in repair of your vehicle. We were short two mechanics and with a holiday in the middle of that it led to some delays in part ordering, etc. There may have been some miscommunication in being that we thought a little extra time on the repairs would be okay with you being that you had another vehicle. We apologize for that miscommunication. And we assure you that there are no "more important" customers than you! All customers are valued and greatly appreciated.
