Stephen said the staff at this business were very personable and sincere. He knows this is a busy facility and it is rare to see that type of sincerity. They were a day late due to a system error saying a part was ready that was not ready, but they were truthful so he was happy.

Samuel said Isaac worked with him and the insurance company to make sure that there were no out of pocket expenses incurred. Isaac also worked with the repair technicians to insure that the vehicle was disassembled and assembled according to the manufacturer's specifications. The repairs were done well.

Spoke with Carlos. He said he was satisfied with the quality of the repairs and he will continue to use the business but he had to take his vehicle back because they missed 2 to 3 problems. He appreciates they went above and beyond to resolve the issues but they could serve him better by checking over his vehicle thoroughly before handing it over to him so he does not have to take it back.

John said the staff did a great job. The vehicle is in good shape apart from the check engine light. His vehicle was delayed by three days because of a delay with the parts. He chose the facility because of the location and because he has used them before.

Jason said the staff had his vehicle for almost three weeks. It was supposed to be a three day repair. They needed some paperwork and they never reached out to him. He was unsure of his satisfaction with the person that prepared his estimate. The staff treated him pretty well but they didn't keep him updated.

All the personnel she dealt with, from the employee behind the desk to the technicians themselves, were fantastic. They were kind, understanding, sympathetic and informative.
