I've been to Hilliard Tire Center twice; once for an oxygen sensor and this time for an oil change. I'm very happy with the work that was done on my car. However, I'm not a huge fan of the waiting area. There might be coffee and there might not be, the vending machines have nothing in them, and the magazines are ancient. It's just not welcoming or comfortable. And the customer service leaves a little to be desired. On my first trip, I was quoted a much different price on the phone than I was given after the work was done on my car, and I had to argue for quite awhile before being charged the first price. But, as stated before, I am happy with the work done on my car, and will continue to go to Hilliard Tire Center. I can always go to a restaurant to wait; there are some within walking distance. And I was given the right price eventually.
