Honest, prompt, and don't make me feel stupid
I have been taking my Hondas here for years. I've been in many, many times and just had an oil change, nothing more, and the scheduled maintenance, nothing more. If they do tell me that I need something more expensive - I trust that I really do need it. My cars run well and I keep them for years. They are also extremely nice.
