Been a loyal customer for years. Always had great service in the past. At my most recent visit, for the first time, it seemed that a system (the tire pressure monitoring system) was a mystery to them. They could try to reset it. Most people lived with the light on the dash telling them it wasn't working, I was told (really?). And I might have to go to the dealer! Now, I don't go to dealers because my history with them tells me they are incompetent and sometimes thieves. So, I was quite disappointed albeit for the very first time with Hondar House. The TPMS light was reset, but came back on within a day. I would still recommend HH for most issues.
