Another Grand Slam for Hondar House!
Have been a happy customer for 12 years. When they couldn't fix the computer problem and sent me to the dealer, they gave me a print out with the problem defined and my warranty coverage. A week later, they called to see how I did with the dealer, who charged me in spite of warranty coverage. They encouraged me to contest this, and am in process. HH went above and beyond the call of duty, as usual. Love these guys!
