Thank you for leaving us a review. We are terribly sorry that you feel this way. However, the facts are that you have come back two times and your wheel studs snapped off when we were removing your lug nuts two separate times. This could possibly happen from over tightening the lugs or more likely, cross threading the lugs. While we did put tires on your car our procedures of using torque sticks and finally, setting torque by hand with an actual torque wrench won't allow us to overtighten your lugs. In Motion techs are extremely cautious to start all lugs by hand also so as not to "cross thread" the lugs/studs. We are really sorry your inspection/service shop is not as careful as we are.
