the get it right form the start to the fininsh. they make the service process easy.

Very accommodating and thorough
Marc took care of my service and state inspection. He makes the process quite easy and is very gracious and thorough when explaining to me what the service dept did. All in all, Marc is great as well as the Infiniti service dept.

Extremely Attentive and Polite!
Marc was a real professional and I think the service center @ Infiniti is head and shoulders above most other dealerships. The shady sales dept should learn a thing or two from their counterparts.

Marc Freilich has exceptional customer service skills
I have been a patron for many years and have never considered leaving a review. Marc Freilich overwhelmed me with his comunication and customer service skills, so much so I felt compelled to write this review. He also pays attention to the small details that so often can make a big difference. Keep up the good work.

Top-Notch Service
The service experience is excellent, from making an appointment to picking up the car when done. Infiniti WANTS to provide the best service and it is always evident. The cost of the repairs is always high, but the work is excellent and done quickly.

The best thing that I like about Infinity of Ardmore, and it will probably sound funny, is that they do what they say they will do!
My experience with most local dealers witht the service part of the transaction when buying a new car has been over promise and underdeliver, from their loaner programs to the quality of their work to treating you like what do you want? Infinity of Ardmore has bee the exact opposite, they are organized, courteous, when you show up with an appointment or even without, they are there to help you out and make sure you leave a satisfied customer.
I would hihgly recomment them if you want to be teated like a valued customer.
