Infiniti of Ardmore

Waiting needs more comp drink choices and snacks both time vending machine only accepted coins not dollar bills

Infinity of Ardmore in my mind has the best service on the Main Line and that's a fact.

i like infiniti of ardmore. i noticed on saturday that the staff is getting more attentive. fine to work with. still think there is something missing though. i felt more comfortable with the service at ardmore of acura. i also believe that they were cheaper.

but...i will continue getting my car serviced at your dealership.

I feel like a valued customer

I've typically received great service from Infiniti of Ardmore however, my recent service was marked by a service rep who had no idea why I was even scheduled for service (although everything was in the computer system). He asked me repeated question after question which was somewhat annoying. Also, I had a multi-pont inspection on August 13th with no issues mentioned. When I returned for my additional service on August 24th, suddenly two items were mentioned for service which makes me concerned if the original multi-point was even done or if the second one was bogus. Now, I'm a bit hesitant to return for future services.
