The immense personal attention, first name basis.
Carrie Slaughter in service booked my oil change service immediately; and ensured without my requesting to have vehicle thoroughly washed and vaccumed. While she entered my information into the system, I asked if she could recommend a fingernail place in walking distances. Not only did she recommend, she drove me and offered to pick me up when done. I feel like a family friend; not just a customer. As always I am asked if I have any other concerns about my vehicle other than the oil change service. I did and Carried ensured that a technician work with me and explain my options. Inifinite of Fife's service staff has taken the 'chore' out of my vehicle maintenance appointments.

2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan
Great experience with the whole team, only concern was the used G35 had wheel locks on them with no wheel lock key? Instead of taking care of the customer and putting a set on with a key they want to sell me another set? Seems like a safety concern for a very small price and something that should have been caught during the vehicle inspection when they checked the brakes before selling the used car? How did they get the wheels off to verify brake wear? I've provided two weeks to see if they would address with subtle hints and it looks like a no? Not a huge deal breaker but never the less disappointing slightly.
