Outstanding service
Jack in the service center went out of his way to accommodate me in servicing my fx. I called last minute prior to going out of town & my car was completed within an hour & half. I have been taking my Infiniti G35 to this dealership since I got it brand new in 2007.
I have always had a positive experience. The service department really does go out of their way to make sure the customer matters. That is very important. I have been dealing with Rebecca Bones for the last 2-3 years and she is my preferred service person to deal with. She is friendly, caring, knowledgable, and is always upfront with everything.

Fantastic Customer Service
It's rare that I would take the time to recommend or write a review online but infiniti of West Chester deserves praise. Tremendously friendly and understanding team. I didn't have the opportunity to bring my loaner car back the same day and they were completely understanding and didn't charge me to bring it back a day later.

fast and friendly service oriented staff
I thought the service department was very friendly and helped me right away. I didnt wait long, and was told immediately when my car was done. I was walked to the cashier and was taken care of right away. My time is very important and I appreciate that they thought so too.
