Misfire other shops couldn't figure out
Had a misfire that 2 other shops couldn't fix, rather they charged me for things that didn't need fixing, Took explorer to International and the misfire was corrected in a day- and saved me hundreds of dollars - it was a purge solenoid failing... FORD DEALER said I needed new injectors(not knowing I upgraded them 3 mos ago) literally saved thousands @ international and they ONLY FIXED WHAT WAS WRONG!! Most shops can be shady and run up your bill. Ken did everything in his power to minimize the impact to my wallet. These are good reputable folks who are going to treat you and your ride correctly. Strongly suggest getting a 2nd opinion with these guys on ANY diagnosis from another shop, DEALERSHIPS included, their legit!
