I recommend NEVER take your car to Fix Auto Sun Valley or check your The vehicle before you leave!! My car was in an accident on February 1st 2018. I was told the was wear and tear because it has been a little over a year! That’s why they are not paying for it l. “It pass the alignment” they claim. This is what hold my wheel in place. Is this look like water and tear??? I took it back to them told them I felt some type of vibration about I believe a little over a month or almost a month when I got the car back after they claimed they fixed. I believe March They still did not fix the problems after I told them the problem. I could have been dead or seriously injured from them making a mistake, a BIG mistakes!! So tell me How Is this wear and tear? Took them about a whole day to get back to me. My insurance geico wasn’t going to pay for it because they and Fix Auto Sun Valley feel and came to the conclusion that this is wear and tear!! It was cause by a pot hole or something I have run over on the road. This is what they believe and their conclusion. It on the same side of where the person hit me from. I had to pay for the part and me and my dad installed it on.
