"They did a lot of research. I felt a little guilty since I couldn't afford to proceed with the repairs."
They do extra things and don't charge.

"F A S T"
Only can say good here.
I called / went in, they took care of my Dodge truck.One of my work trucks this is . The front wheel barring wend bad real fast. They had it fixed the next day. I will bring my 3 others to get tires rotated and oil & lube.

I have used Japanese connection since1995 and I have had exceptional service on every single occasion. Kraig will go out of his way to ensure I understand what is needed, my options and to consult with me on the best plan of attack.

"So personable!!"
I know they are busy and have lots of customers, BUT they always take time with me and never rush. I am in my 60's, and they make me feel like I am 25! I love these guys!

"Great experience, 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser"
I had a great experience with JC Auto. They requested to test drive with me so they were on the same page in regards to the noise I was hearing from my front end. They successfully remedied the problem- a front wheel bearing. They also alerted me to some additional items that were making noise that will eventually need attention and gave me various options. I certainly trust these guys to work on my Fj and will be seeing them soon to do some additional work. Thanks guys.

"New Purchase Inspection"
I trust your shop to know the needs of my Mazda(s), but when I came in for the pre-purchase inspection, I expected to get a copy of the report, not just a list of recommended repairs.

Charlotte said she has had nothing but excellent work done at this facility. She really appreciates the respect that she is shown by all of the mechanics. They never push her to get any work done right away. They always give her the choice of when she wants to get the work done. They also acknowledge her by name when she walks in and she thinks that is special. It shows they care. The office staff could not be nicer and one of the guys who took her home was impressed with her needlepoint. She thought that was very nice of him to want to know more about how she did it because it reminded him of his mother. She recommends them all of the time.

"Honest and friendly"
They were fast, courteous, and explained in detail what may have caused the mechanical failures, including what each of the parts did and what may happen if the parts weren't fixed. They laid out the price of each repair on a separate invoice and then told me which repairs were critical and which weren't so that I could essentially create my own repair "package". That was amazaing.
