Took my 2013 vehicle into Jay’s to get a front end alignment and was told that the ball joints were worn out and that a front in alignment was not possible Balljoints $1000 repair . I then took the vehicle to Bernard’s in Bastrop and the technician there was able to do a front and alignment with no issues. I asked the technician regarding the condition of the balljoints and he abvised me that there was little wear and that it was well within the perimeters of doing an alignment. Cant see how two technicians evaluations could be so different other than $$$. Vehicle drives straight as an arrow now and the staff were very courteous and helpful.
