Paul chose to not name another used parts vendor. When it comes to him rating the value of the parts for the money spent, the prices are not always the best. However, it does get compensated by the service received. Regarding the price competitiveness even though the prices are at a high end, he'll shop around first. Then, he'll call to see if this vendor to see if they will match it.

Spoke with Sunitha. She said that she only uses Jeeepart Recyclers. She stated that sometimes they send the wrong parts. She mentioned that they are sometimes late with delivery.

Thanks for your comments Noel greatly appreciated. We have entirely new sales team of 3 staff and you have highlighted a problem and we will attempt to re-dress. Interestingly enough we might be considered too expensive but it must be remembered that responsdents to this survey are customers that have purchased from us. Our partner business has been operating for 38 years and although Jeeepart Recyclers has only been around since 1996 we intend to remain viable for the next 38 years here too.
