"Hyandai Accent 2013 Maintenance for Life"
I always experience fantastic customer service at Jim Click Hyundai Eastside. The staff is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and make dealing with cars (which I don't enjoy) a pleasant experience.

"Terrible customer service!"
They never return calls. Did not fully explain repairs. Did not wash car as requested. Very unfriendly place with the exception of the shuttle driver who was very nice and on time

"That was easy"
I took my 2013 Sonata in for an engine inspection as the result of a safety recall. My car was inspected in much less time than was expected and I received a car wash. Now that is service.

""Free" maintenance for life not free, difficult to schedule INITIAL service visit"
First off, don't be tricked, the maintenance for life is NOT free. They will say something like, "Jim Click likes to provide this for his customers." Notice they didn't say it was free.

I was told the initial service should be at 3000 miles. After calling and not getting any response for 2 weeks, I finally got in. I am really hoping this won't be the case for the rest of the services but I don't have high hopes.
