"Excellent customer service "
I've bought my last 5 cars from Jim Click east side. Maintenance for life is great! My last visit wasn't as good as past visits. I got a call from the team and they did everything to make my experience better. Thank you Shane for caring and I will continue to be a loyal customer and plan to purchase all of my future vehicles with you guys. "Tires and a battery, what an expensive headache and a waste of a day"
Had my car 6 hours just to remove a nail from a tire that I told them was losing air when I had it serviced last month. Also the front tire was ripping apart so I had to sit at another business for 2 more hours to get a new one and I bought this car only about 6 months ago. To top everything off I decided to get a new battery for the keychain and I was charged for it but told when I picked it up it wasn't working. Told it would take an hour and $95 to synchronize it to the car. What? Ridiculous!

"Nice people and prompt work."
I took my wife's Sante Fe in for oil change etc. I was greeted promptly and the service rep even said he would get the car washed, could not have a dirty Hyundai out there. The service was timely and they did a software update that I thought was for the navigation system but was not. Unfortunately, they did not was the car as promised.

"Jim Click Service manager called and followed up to make sure I'm understood the service performed"
On my last service, the service adviser pushed to have the injector cleaning service performed and when I picked up my car I asked the cashier how the service was performed. She explained that a cleaner is sprayed but I wanted to know if the only thing done is adding an additive, which is something I can do. I left the dealership feeling like the service performed was minimal, so I left a bad review. Shane, the service manager contacted me right away to make sure I understood that the fuel line is pulled and that the engine is injected with a cleaner while running to make sure any gummy deposit is burned. He wanted to make sure I am a satisfied customer and that the service department performs in depth services. I appreciated the feedback and I feel confident taking my car for maintenance.

"Service advisor pushed for injector cleaning, when not even recommended by manufacturer"
Service advisor told me I was overdue for injector cleaning, so I said to go ahead and add it. Little did I know the manufacturer does not recommend it.
I feel like I was pressured into adding this service, that can be done by adding an additive to the fuel tank, which is basically the service they performed with 100% markup. I no longer trust Jim Click Service with my car.

Fast service. The other dealership didn't schedule my appointment and put the blame on me saying I called the wrong place. This being the other place I called them to make sure and they confirmed I did not call them the only difference is this dealership was willing to work me in that day. I appreciate them wanting my business unlike the other dealership who made it seem like my business wasn't important to them.

The service doesn't end when you purchase a vehicle. I have received several emails just making sure that everything is going well. I have used the associated Collision Center for all my repairs and I have been extremely satisfied every time.
