Juanita said prior to coming to this busness, she kept failing the smog test. She went to 6 businesses, and continued to fail the test. It cost her $1,200 for the above businesses. She got Jimmy D's Car Care Center's name from Triple A. Jimmy, the owner, personally looked under her hood, and immediately found the problem. The plastic piece of pipe on the intake hose had melted, which Jimmy replaced. The repair took 10 minutes, and Jimmy told her she would pass the smog test. She was dubious about his promise, because the 6 previous businesses told her she would past the test, but she never did. Juanita pointed out after leaving Jimmy D's Car Care Center she passed the test. She was jumping for joy when she passed the test, and if Jimmy had been there she would have hugged him. Juanita wrote a letter to Triple A commending Jimmy D's Car Care Center. She will start bringing her vehicle to this business for any repairs, and it's precious to find a business that's honorable, trustworthy, and keeps their word. She commented the staff were nice and lovely. They did everything to make her comfortable. It means a lot when an owner takes the time to check a customer's vehicle, dealing directly with a customer.
