Spoke with Litza's husband. He said the experience was not positive. He stated he expected a good job because the business specializes in Lexus vehicles. It seemed like a good place with luxury vehicles. His vehicle was not ready 3 or 4 times, and required an extra week. No reason was provided for the delay. He would not recommend them because they did not use original parts. Parts did not line up, and it shows.

Evdokia said her vehicle was a week late for pick up due to the business having to repair her window again because they did not repair the window correctly the first time.

Patricia said she was not thrilled with this experience. This business left her back seat filthy with pieces of rubber and white dust all over everything. She had to vacuum and wash the back seat. The inside of her trunk had black greasy spots. She was not satisfied with the quality of work because of the aggravation and inconvenience they caused by not repairing her vehicle right the first time. She had to take her vehicle back four times until everything was fixed correctly. She did not interact with this business and her husband only spoke with Cory, the manager who was very helpful. She was never given a promise of time as to when they would finish with her vehicle. She likes this business and had used them before with great results but this time she was not satisfied at all.
