Howard said he noticed a winding sound as well as a metal on metal noise when he drives his vehicle. He mentioned he has not called this business to let them know of this issue but will be soon to address this problem and get it fixed. He stated this business is very good.

Gregory said this business did a good job and the paint matches too.

Eva said she is very pleased with the way she was treated and Jason was very nice. The work turned out great and this is the best facility around town. She said her vehicle was ready a day late and that was fine. She's not sure why it was late.

Thomas said Paul Nunez, the consultant was great. He did a fine job. He's very effective. He said Paul's brother Carlos is in the service department and he is an institution there. He said they are the reason he's been going to this business for 12 years and the reason he has bought 4 vehicles from them.

Leah said the work was not done correctly. She said the vehicle has been in and out of the business 4 times for adjustments. When she picked the vehicle up the first time her husband saw corrosion on the battery so they left the vehicle to have the issue addressed. The second time she came in to pick it up the remote key was not working and the business had to order parts to fix the issue. The next time she returned because the front tires were wearing differently because the vehicle had not been aligned. She said the vehicle was taken to a different business as part of the alignment. The other business put the vehicle on the rack and showed her where the front brake plate had been bent and put back on the vehicle instead of being replaced. She said she does not remember dealing with the people at the business directly, she was taken care of by Paul. She said Paul has been very patient and concerned with working to get the vehicle fixed to her satisfaction. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
