Kai said this is an okay business. He took his vehicle in three different times for a simple fix that another mechanic was able to identify. They could have worked a little harder.

Kai, 
Tho the vehicle wouldn't start due to a the park switch not engaging properly and was a simple fix, the last two time's you came you did need the crank sensor and the starter. We apologize for not making you feel like we took care of you and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future.
