John went WAY above and beyond the what any other mechanic would do. Instead of just "fixing" the symptom he worked at it to get to the root cause of the problem. Had he just gone by the code I would have paid for a $1000 throttle body. That was not the problem. It was a hidden fuse box problem that took a long time to discover. He wasn't satisfied until it was fixed and he knew I'd be safe.
