Didn’t listen to the customer
Took my truck in for a rear end vibration. I even told them what I thought was the problem 3 times throughout the encounter. They replaced a front wheel bearing. I spent my weekend replacing the drive shaft u joints myself to fix the vibration and found one of the gas tank straps was broken. If they had listened to me they would have discovered the more serious issue.
