"Honest Service"
Brought my car in because I thought I needed a new starter (at least, that's what AAA told me). But it turned out that my floor mat was preventing me from pushing the clutch all the way down to the floor. Stupid mistake that K & C brought to my attention. An unscrupulous mechanic could have soaked me for a new starter but K & C didn't. My brother-in-law brings his car to K & C and has always received excellent service and repairs. They are a quality business.

Kamar,

How could we not have done anything? You came to us with over torqued lug nuts, broken lug nuts in right front spindle and missing lug nuts in some of the wheels. Lugs nuts  costed $5.99 (not $300) and we ordered 9 of them. Furthermore, we over nighted the right front used spindle with no additonal charge which was $150 and labor for $127.00.  You had absolutely no brake fluid, which we made sure you were completley full before leaving our facility, which we didnt charge as well. To be 100% clear, the invoice of $300.00 included a used right front spindle, 9 lug nuts and labor. When the repair was completed, you were very difficult to get in touch with; we waited 45minutes after closing for you and didnt end up seeing you till Saturday.  Kamar, i hope another repair facility can meet your needs. Take Care.
