Great Service Experience
Keffer service personnel are great to work with. My auto phone was not holding its directory. They explained a radio replacement was needed and we scheduled for 1/28 under warantee. The service writer explained all the items and the cost for the routine maintenance. All was as agreed.
I was surprised at the free loaner and was able to keep my regular schedule. Very helpful.
Definitely will come back.
