The first person in service put me on hold and I got disconnected from him and had to call back again the next day to get an appointment.

Thanks for your comments and sorry that your were put on hold and got disconnected. In case you didnt know we do offer online service schedule on our website. Also our Car Care Express service for oil changes need no appointment its Service At Your Time. Monday - Saturday 7:00am till 5:30pm.
