Friendly and Helpful
Matt went out of his way to have my brakes checked by two service associates just to confirm there was nothing wrong with them. I only came in for a routine oil chance, and walked out feeling they took care of my car - they even went the extra mile to fulfill a request I made (that they did NOT have to do) to remove the goo from a personal sticker I removed a week prior. Everyone I encountered at Keffer was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will certainly return for all of my service needs.
