"My MB E350"
We were leaving on vacation and when we started the car the battery was dead. We bought a new battery but we needed a professional to install it. We called Ken Baker and explained our situation. He said no problem, bring it over and we'll install it. Within 2 hours we were on the road. I could not be happier.

Mike said he was pleased with both Mark employees at this business. They were honest and their customer service was great. They were very professional and better than average. They were knowledgeable and he trusts them. That means a lot. They are not just trying to sell him new parts. The staff look for ways to save him money. His vehicle has a crack in the intake manifold and it needs some new sensors. However, they were honest about that. Mark tried to explain the problem with the timing chain. They broke it down to layman's terms to help him understand. They were great.

Spoke with Denise. She said her husband took their vehicle into this business for service. They dealt with the employees in the past. They have a budget to stick to. The employees noticed additional repairs needing to be done but they could not afford them at that time. She drove the vehicle after the service was provided and the issue is still present with her vehicle. Next time she goes in she would like to not be pressured into additional services when her funds are limited. A little more courtesy from them would be nice the next time she goes in.

Haywood said everything was excellent with the business. The employees were great. He highly recommends them for service. No on else will ever work on his vehicles and he trusts them completely. The mechanic gets right to work and gets him in and out quickly for service. He was outstanding.

Ken Baker Originals has always taken great care of my now 18 yr old Mercedes CLK430 -- aka Black Beauty. They take care n pride in helping me keep Beauty looking n operating in peak condition; provided fast efficient service. This last visit, my dealings w/ Gary was nothing less than OUTSTANDING. Gary is a gentle / quiet force of professionalism while most personable; answered questions and provided assessment of Beauty possible future issues; displays sense of honesty n trustworthiness. Dealing w/ Gary was SIMPLY DELIGHTFUL!
