Great Service
I used to take this vehicle to the dealer because, in past experiences with small repair shops, I find I'm usually dealing with with the technician directly and (no offense) they're not always "people people". On the flip side, you may get service with a smile at the dealer but then they're always trying to "recommend" expensive and often un-necessary services in addition to the typical "dealer markup" on the service you do have them perform. Kennedy operates like a dealer service department without the unnecessary recommendations and "dealer markup". I've had my vehicle in mostly for general maintenance but this most recent visit was for an exhaust system repair and they took care of everything at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I found this place.
