Jery said two years ago, he had them replace the spark plugs and coils in his vehicle. He recently brought it in because it was misfiring and a code was showing up. They told him they would call him to let him know what the problem was and what the cost would be, but they didn't. They only let him know that his vehicle was done and ready to pick up. When he talked to them about this, they told him they thought they texted him. The problem turned out to be a loose spark plug and he spent over $500, he felt to fix their lack of completeness from two years ago. They told him this happens with aluminum heads, but he had never heard of that happening and was suspicious. He was rather unhappy with them regarding this, but was okay with the time they took to complete the work.
