Chun said the business did a good job on the body work performed although the heater and window defroster went out on the vehicle the day before yesterday. There was no paint work performed on the vehicle. She said the vehicle was completed to her satisfaction 90 percent of the way due to having to order the part they need for the CD holder. She was not satisfied with the condition of her vehicle due to left over finger prints and when she touches certain areas her hands turn black. She mentioned she is going to contact the insurance company regarding the heater issue.

Steve said the staff at this business was responsive and paid attention to all of his problems. He had to make a trip back because they missed his spare tire but they handled it immediately. He is going to call to see if the vehicle is ready today. His vehicle was not ready when promised because the part was on backorder. It took two days to get the part, which he understood.

Spoke with Tatiana. She said that this business did a poor job with her experience. The person that handled her estimate gave her false information. She ended up getting a bill for $250 and they did not have her vehicle done in the promised estimated time. They were 1 day late and did not give her any reason for it. She had to telephone them to find out updates on her vehicle, and when she left a message they were not prompt in contacting her. They were also supposed to reduce her rental car bill, but never did. When she got her vehicle back, they did a poor job in cleaning her vehicle. Due to this experience she would not recommend them.

Ken said this business made some mistakes. They told him his vehicle was ready but it was not. He showed up on Wednesday when they promised it would be ready to pick it up but it was not ready. He had to come back on the next day. They did not keep him informed about the repairs at all. He was only called when it was ready, but it was actually not ready.

Sharon said she had to wait for a rental vehicle for about 15 to 20 minutes, she said it would have gone quicker if they had been a bit more organized. There was a little minor scratch on the inside of the door that she had not noticed before taking her vehicle in. She had to wait about a half hour more for her vehicle before it was ready because they were still fixing it.

Jason said he was not satisfied with this experience. At first, he was originally given an estimate by an employee who later was fired. After this, the business took back the estimate. They called the insurance company and prepared a new estimate for him. Before the employee was fired, the employee had advised him to buy a new bumper for his vehicle instead of getting the damaged bumper repaired. He dropped his vehicle off and the bumper to be repaired but was not given a promise time of completion. When his vehicle was returned to him, the paint job had dirt and bubbles in it. The power locks were not working properly, the corner light on the driver side was dangling, there was no light bulb on the left passenger side corner light, and the rear panel did not have the right part. He had to wait for the right part for his left panel to be shipped. This whole process was a pain in the rear and he did not appreciate that he had to pay for something that was not repaired properly. He was not able to look at all the body repairs to his vehicle because he was concentrated on the other issues with his vehicle. Due to this experience, he would not recommend this business to others.
