Thuy said someone was supposed to call her to give her an estimate for how long until her vehicle would be ready. She never received a call but she called them 6 days later to check on her vehicle. The rental vehicle company did not give her an estimate of how much the rental would be and she paid more than what she expected. She would not recommend the business because of what has already been shared.

Gina said when she picked the vehicle up there were large rips on the front doors. She has not had time to return the vehicle because of her work schedule. The only communication she received from the business was when the vehicle was ready for pick up.
