This is my "go to" auto repair always. They are honest about repairs needed. Their repair rates are reasonable and they are always helpful when I ask any questions.

Quinton said the people at this business are really nice. They gave him a good estimate when came in to check around. It ended up costing less than the estimate, because they did not have to do everything they had thought. The staff was friendly and professional and he really appreciates that. It is important to him that they are trustworthy. He will definitely use them again in the future.

Spoke with Julia. She said everybody at this business was really polite and competent. She took her vehicle in so they can replace the cruise control computer and they were able to get it done the same day. They only charged her $172 which she was really surprised about because if she would have taken her vehicle somewhere else, they would have charged her a lot more.

"Poor service"
Took my 6.0 powerstoke in for a no start issue. They said it had a bad camshaft position sensor code which is a low failure rate part and replaced it anyway even though in a google search after 2 minutes I found that part is highly unlikely to fail. The problem was that the FICM output was unplugged somehow. When I presented the shop with this info they refused to believe me and I have since proven that the part they replaced was in fact good. There are so many different types of vehicles around you can't expect them to know every detail about every vehicle but owning up to a mistake and making it right is what makes a good shop. Charging over $400 to replace a plug and play part that wasn't even bad to begin with is not really what I would expect out of a shop like this.

"Poor service"
Replaced a cam shaft position sensor for a code that told them it was bad. Replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. This an extremely low failure rate part and a 2 minute google search told me it was because the FICM was unplugged. Poor trouble shooting and when I presented them with the evidence that they were charging me over $400 for something that wasn't broke they refused to believe me.
