Quick, Professional, and Knowledgeable

Lafel’s Garage was able to fix my car that wouldn’t start in one day. Long story short, while driving my car shut off and wouldn’t start up. Got it towed to tire outlet where they weren’t able to get my car started after replacing the battery and starter. My car was there for a week, after a week Tire Outlet said the issue was my engine and it needed to be replaced. That’s when I decided to get a second opinion. Felipe and Lauro were recommended by my dad who I trust his judgement. I’m glad my dad referred me. I dropped my car off Thursday night (after hours) and my car was fixed the next day! Not an engine issue, it was a burnt fuse and a new starter that was needed. They were also kind enough to let me know somethings they noticed tire outlet did incorrectly. Felipe even went above and beyond to document what he found wrong in my car that tire outlet had done, so that I am able to try to get a refund from Tire Outlet. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, and honest! I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service was excellent and Felipe always answers the phone promptly and never tries to rush you off the phone. Lafel’s Garage is outstanding!
