Mechanics with the customer's best interests as a priority
I learned the hard way that having the privilege of a car is expensive and Lancer Automotive is my first choice when I have to paid someone else for their automotive knowledge and expertise. I would recommend this team of mechanics to anyone with a NGV. I bought a used Civic GX as a first car and wanted a honest shop to help me learn about natural gas vehicles. When I was told that my car needed a $1500 oil pump replacement, I seriously considered taking my business elsewhere. I agreed to do it because I wanted to take the car on a road trip and did not want to break down on the freeway. The trip was successful and then a few months later I spun a crankshaft bearing because I did not maintain the oil properly. I took the car into Lancer and they helped me properly diagnosis the problem. They allowed me to keep my car in their lot until I figured out what I wanted to do with it. They offered me a fair quote of $3000 to replace the engine. I wasn't sure the car was worth the cost of the repair to me. After evaluating every option I could think of, I decided to take the task of rebuilding my engine myself. When I told this to Justin, he was supportive of helping me accomplish my intentions. He allowed me to ship the new engine to the shop. Countless generous gestures have lead me to trust this team. I will be a loyal customer to Lancer.
