I appreciate getting our vehicle in so quickly but the ending was only so-so. When I picked up the vehicle it hadn't been test driven. When I went out to leave, it started hard and chugged. I was told that it probably hadn't been test driven after the tune it. Whatever was added for the cleaning hadn't mixed. The tech did come out and put my vehicle back in the garage. I waited an additional 30 minutes. I was a little uncomfortable driving it home at this point. I just wish that the vehicle would have been truly ready to be driven home. It had been there all afternoon. Also after I got home, my husband said there was no coolant in the holder. He had to return the next day. We had been charged for the collant. Clearly the vehicle had not been thoroughly checked before being told it was ready to go. Repair and maintenance is very costly. We want to feel confident in the service we pay for.
