Slightly stranded but rescued
Excellent service! My car misbehaved in Klamath Falls as I was travelling alone from Northern California to my son’s wedding in Bend. Lee’s was honest about not being able to help me on a Friday afternoon. They kept my car secured over the weekend while I rented a car and travelled on to the wedding. Unexpected bonus was the helpful Enterprise rental agency two doors down! By Monday noon, Lee’s had identified the problem and ordered the part for delivery the next morning. I was reunited with my car by Tuesday afternoon. All this for a very reasonable price. Gold stars and a love letter to Lee’s Automotive!
