My friend started bringing his Lexus to them after being charged $125 for an oil change (Lextechs was only about $45) and bragged about how great they were, how fair the prices were and how thorough they were. So i decided to buy a Lexus because I needed any repairs these were gonna be my guys!!!! I've had some issues with my car (only purchases it in Feb. 2015) and they have been great and friendly. I am mad at myself for not using them on my pre purchase inspection with this car. I used them with another Lexus I was going to buy and they were very honest and yes very thorough about the repairs.
I love the fact that same person always works on your car, I love how they keep great records of the work they do and the estimates they give. They NEVER pressure to do any extra work if you don't want to or can't at that time. And the estimates don't change over time. If they said $377 for breaks and you come in 6 months later it's still $377 for breaks. If you need additional work they will call you before they do anything. And the mechanics are very knowledgeable about Lexus and are all certified Lexus mechanics.
