As part of the inspection package they checked the battery. Didn't expect that, but when they did they found by battery "failed" the inspection. Turns out I just bought the battery last fall from a competitor and would not have ever expected it to have already "gone bad". This allowed me to return the battery and get a prorated replacement at the other shop. Thanks to Lextechs for pointing this out. Batteries usually fail in situations where you are just stuck buying a new one- this allowed me the opportunity to get the prorated price and not be "dead" in some parking lot with what I thought was a less than one year old battery.
